Hyundai Motors Design Center: Women Executive Leadership Program 
2024

Created in 2022 by CLAB, the Hyundai Motor Design Center Women Executive Leadership Program is a cross-functional leadership program. It offers participants a unique opportunity to accelerate their professional development and position themselves as future and current executive leaders within Hyundai Motor Group. These leaders are empowered to create platforms for change, inspire, educate, and guide others. The program is specifically designed for women executives who demonstrate exceptional abilities at a global business level.

SFW x MFW Collaboration
2024

CLAB created a concept proposal for a collaboration between Seoul Fashion Week (SFW) and Milan Fashion Week (MFW) to showcase new Korean fashion designers at Milan Fashion Week 2025. The proposal was grounded in trend research conducted by the Trend Research class in Spring 2024 and visual research by the CLAB project design research team. This ongoing project is set to be implemented in 2025.


CLE Business Strategy
2024

CLAB developed a comprehensive three-year business strategy for the Korean American cosmetics brand CLE. Our goal was to refresh the brand, expand its market, and connect it to new distribution channels in Korea.


The Squaire Project
2023

The Squaire in Frankfurt, Germany, collaborated with a select group of CLAB researchers to develop a proposal for renewing The Squaire building's atrium. The researchers conducted a site visit and created a trend report, along with visual concepts, for the final proposal.


Nicole Sassaman Project
2023

As part of the New Concept Development class, CLAB provided branding and product development for Nicole Sassaman’s personal brand, Barbie Penthouse.


Nouhaus Global PR Project 
2023

Professor Cathy Lee, along with two CLAB leads, created and implemented an extensive marketing strategy in Summer 2023 to launch Nouhaus in the United States. The strategy included a VIP launch party and charitable events at Paramount Studios and with Clarence B. Jones.

Nouhaus x Ligyung
2023

In 2023, CLAB researchers, as part of the Trend Research class, developed a proposal for a collaboration with Nouhaus and Korean media artist Ligyung.
